
All our binders are handcrafted with care, and due to high demand, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your order to be prepared and shipped. We appreciate your patience and assure you that every item is made to the highest quality standards.
Shipping times may vary slightly depending on order volume, bespoke customisations, or delivery location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the conditions below before proceeding. To initiate a return, please complete the return form with your full name, email address, telephone number, and order number, which can be found in your email confirmation.
Products may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Requests received after this period may not be accepted. A processing fee of £2.99 per item will be deducted from your refund to cover return handling, although this fee may be reduced for bulk returns on a case-by-case basis.
Once your return form has been submitted, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you during business hours, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please use this label to ensure your return is processed efficiently.
Once we have received your returned item, your refund will be processed within five to seven business days and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that bespoke or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they were damaged during delivery. We advise inspecting your items upon receipt and reporting any damage immediately.
